Thank you Tomomi for making our Sapporo experience so memorable. We were worried about site seeing in the snow, but you are an excellent driver and guide. We enjoyed everything from the snow covered Buddha to the Hokkaido Shrine. It was the best day!

Our driver Keny! I had a fall on my second day in Sapporo. We had to alter our trip a bit. We did not want to go outlet shopping. Keny asked if we wanted to see the Butsugan-ji Temple. There was no one else there beside the older lady who was checking in visitors. Breathtaking! Thick fluffy snowflakes were falling and the sky was a bit grey…but there was just a moment, when the sunlight shown on the golden Nirvana Buddha, and it brought tears to my eyes. Besides that, Keny helped us so much with my wheelchair and crutches. I am coming back hopefully in a couple of months when my hip heals and I will definitely contact Keny again for another tour! Thank you Keny!

Kate was on time and was a safe driver. It was sad that she did not provide any information about the places we went to. She also spoke English less bec I spoke Japanese but my family did not. Better if she was more inclusive and included my family in the conversation.
